Important Dates

  • Register Exhibition Staff: Monday 20 April

  • Exhibitor Bump In: Sunday 10 May 2.00pm - 4.00pm
  • Exhibitor Bump Out: Tuesday 12 May 2.15pm - 4.00pm


Venue

The PLA NSW/ACT Region Conference 2026 will be held at the Orange Ex-Services’ Club, with the exhibition being held in the Tarin Kowt and Family Pavilion Rooms.


Exhibitor Table Allocation

Exhibitor table allocations will be released soon.


Bump In

2.00 PM - 4.00 PM

Sunday 10 May

Freight can be sent to the Orange Ex-Services Club loading dock ahead of bump in on Sunday 10 May, a forklift onsite will be able to remove items from trucks however items will then need to be collected from the loading dock and walked up to the Tarin Kowt and Family Pavilion Rooms on the second level of the building. If you are sending freight please remain mindful that items will need to be taken via a lift and through average sized hallways and doorways to reach the exhibition.

If you are sending freight to the Orange Ex-Services Club please include a label with the below details and arrange the courier to arrive during business hours.

Exhibitor staff name badges will be distributed prior to exhibitor arrival and will be found on the exhibitors trestle table.


Bump Out

2:15 PM - 4.00 PM

Tuesday 12 May

The exhibition space will be able to be packed down post afternoon tea on Tuesday 12 May. 

If you are arranging return freight please package your items and tape the courier label in a clear and obvious position before moving it to the loading dock for collection.

Exhibitor Inclusions

Your exhibition package includes the following:

  • 1 dressed trestle table
  • 2 chairs
  • access to power

Please ensure you bring along signage for your space as signage is not included. 

Please note:

  • Outside food and beverage is not to be brought into the Orange Ex-Services Club.
  • All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged. 


Social Functions

The two included social functions will be held in the exhibition, exhibitors are expected to attend both functions to maximise networking opportunities. The social functions are:

Welcome Reception: Sunday 10 May 5.00pm-7.00pm

Networking Drinks: Monday 11 May 5.00pm-6.30pm
